We do not collect personally identifiable information, such as names, email addresses, ages of children and descriptions of problems by advice seekers unless  voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to register for one of our workshops.

Data Security
We will never share your email address with anyone else for any reason.   
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure and is not retained online. Only authorized people (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.  We do not use cookie/tracking technology. All emails from this site are directly in response to your inquiry.  You will not receive unsolicited mailings from us.

Please Note: While we do not share names or specific information about families and do not use them during workshops, we make no warranties regarding confidentiality.  Because we do not offer therapy, we are not able to offer the confidentiality usually associated with therapeutic relationships.  Furthermore, we are legally and ethically obligated to report any information we receive that raise concerns  that child abuse may be occurring. Please be forewarned that in such a case, information will not be considered confidential and will be shared with authorities.
