Ask yourself three questions. Score your responses on a scale of 1 to 5 (1=not great and 5=great).

 

  1. How are you doing with daily functioning? This includes sleeping, eating, getting to work/school, taking care of yourself, etc.

  2. How are you feeling? For example, happy, sad, angry, etc.

  3. How are you engaging with others? This includes peers, family, work/school groups etc.

 

You can monitor your score over time to see if there changes. Regardless of your score, if you are having a difficult time coping and managing situations in your daily functioning, emotional or interpersonal life, seek help or guidance from trained professionals.
